SO WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A TECHNICAL RECRUITER?
As a Technical Recruiter with Apex, you will place qualified candidates with top companies throughout the country. Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Utilizing established, proven recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment as well as given the opportunity to develop your own creative recruiting methods
• Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
• Conducting skills testing, office interviews, reference checks and background investigations
• Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiating contract terms
• Preparing candidates for the client interview process
• Building professional relationships with contract employees through lunch meetings and on site visits
• Networking for new business opportunities and referrals

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A Bachelor's degree, and qualities such as a competitive nature, drive, ambition, resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, self-motivation, and strong communication skills. These are some of the traits we are looking for in you — it doesn't matter if you come from a Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, Political Science, Communications, Psychology, English, Liberal Arts, or Theater background! You don't even need to be technical - we'll provide you with all the training and support you'll need to be a great recruiter and progress in your career.
